    um…yum! Blueberry curd, nice! And yes on the lemon + blueberry combo…I’m definitely gonna have to try to make some of this!

    I LOVE blueberries, especially in desserts. This would be amazing on vanilla ice cream, topped with maple sugar.

    I had NO idea a curd could be that easy! I will be giving this a whirl being a scone lover.

    i know this is an older post, hopefully you still check it! just wondering if you could do this curd the same way with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc?

      I’ve never tried but I’m almost positive you could. Let me know if you try – strawberry curd would be amazing!

        I will definitely let you know if I try it and how it turned out. I think it would be heavenly inside some lemon cupcakes. Yum!

    So I’m not sure what I did wrong, but I just made this recipe and it seems something went awry. It came out bluish gray, and it doesn’t really taste like blueberries. I used 1 cup of frozen blueberries. Did I use the wrong kind of blueberries maybe?
