I don’t know where my pictures of my Cinnamon Raisin Walnut Bread are. They mysteriously disappeared. All I have are pictures of the bread pudding that I turned the bread into so you’ll just have to take my word on it that there was once a loaf of bread. ;)
We weren’t fans of it in loaf form. I like raisins in granola, in cookies, in scones, but put them in bread and I feel like I’ve just licked a tire. I considered French toast but figured bread pudding would be prettier to look at. The bread was delicious in pudding form! I even added MORE raisins if you can believe it.
So not our favorite bread from the book but delicious turned into something new. I just wish I could remember how I made the bread pudding!
