Who’s excited?!
I meant to post this on Tuesday when I was out of town but I woke up in Minneapolis and the temperature was in the 60s. I did what any southerner would do – I grabbed a hot coffee (and a sweater!) and took a stroll outside. I had to take advantage of it since it will probably be December before we see temps that low around here!
So today I am going to give someone a brand new copy of The Pastry Queen that I bought with my own money my stash of giftcards. Full disclosure, of course.
It’s a great cookbook filled with sweet and savory items and I guarantee you will love it. And if you feel like you, you could join Project Pastry Queen and bake your way through it with a great group of ladies!

It would be super duper wonderful to win this book!! With a family with 3 kids to feed there’s not much budget for me to buy cookbooks, so by making do with borrowing from library & various food blogs I still manage to bake.
