Man, I wish they were cheap around here – here, pork is about as much as beef! These look delicious though – I might have to splurge soon!

I have the same problem and as a result rarely cook pork chops, but how can you go wrong with breading??

I like this. Could they be baked rather than fried?

Definitely! I would bake them on a rack over a baking sheet though so they get nice and crispy.

I usually don’t buy pork chops either because of that bland factor, but I may have to make an exception. Sounds delicious!

Same issue at my house with pork chop, except my husband loves them so he always asks me to buy them. I tend to *forget* a lot :) I’ll have to give this a try, maybe it’ll make both of us happy!

FINALLY! A pork recipe I think I might actually want to eat! :) But then how could I turn down anything breaded with panko and parmesan? Love this!

Hi I made these last night and they were delicious!! Thanks for the recipe. The recipe covered 10 pork chops. I used my George Foreman Grill instead of frying and it was great! Less fat and oil.

My husband made these for my birthday not too long ago. These were some of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life. I encourage everyone to try these. DELICIOUS!

I agree! And there is nothing worse than reheated pork. These look good and should be no leftovers!!
