Chicken Ranch Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Butter or grease a 16-inch round pizza pan. Stretch pizza dough to fit pan.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing and minced garlic. Spread the sauce mixture over the crust.
  4. In a medium bowl, toss together the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Spread about half of the cheese mixture over the sauce.
  5. Evenly spread the chicken, tomatoes, and green onions over the pizza. Top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes. Check pizza after 10 minutes, and continue to check every few minutes until top is browned and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove pizza from oven, allow to cool slightly, and slice. Serve hot and enjoy!

Pizza night is one of my favorites here too! We’ve been ordering it a lot lately because I’ve been lazy but homemade really is better.

  4. nicole:

we’ve done this! I love ranch on pizza. We typ still like tomato sauce on it so we just end up using A LOT of fresh tomatoes.

BF likes getting wings/tenders when we get pizza so he has extra blue cheese or ranch to put on the pizza, esp the crust.

  5. Erin:

Ummm ranch on pizza always sounds amazing! Love this.

  6. Chris @ TheKeenanCookbook:

Mmmm this looks good! Our little one is too young to whine about dinner, he just gets to nibble on pieces of the inside crust. But we make pizza at least every other week. I’ll have to give this a go some time. :)

  7. Laura:

I so need to make this. Like, now. But maybe bacon should join this pizza party.

  16. Baking Serendipity:

I love mixing up pizza night :) We made a ranch pizza on the grill all last summer. I think I may have gotten sick of it because it totally fell out of the rotation. Time to bring it back!

Using the homemade ranch dressing recipe at http://www.foodess.com/2012/01/homemade-ranch-dressing/ makes this pizza out of this world! I have not bought ranch dressing since I found this recipe 4 months ago. I make it with yogurt and its is delicious. Great pizza recipe!
