Apple & Oat Scones

I know everyone always says “I can’t believe it’s blankity blank!” at the beginning of the month but I want to say it too. Mine isn’t disbelief though, it’s excitement. I CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S SEPTEMBER!
Not only are we that much closer to the daddy coming home from Afghanistan but we’re that much closer to pumpkins and snow and sweaters! I love this time of year!

I love fall too, once I finally get over the fact that summer is done :) Your scones sound delicious, I don’t think I’ve ever thought to put apples in my scones.
