An Edible Mosaic Review and Giveaway
November 9, 2012 in Uncategorized

I was incredibly honored to be asked to review An Edible Mosaic by the lovely Faith and have enjoyed sharing a few of the recipes with you guys over the past month. And today I am really excited because I get to give a copy of the beautiful cookbook away to one of you!
This cookbook is definitely the most exciting thing to happen to my cookbook collection in a very long time. I told you guys that my husband and I both love Middle Eastern food but up until receiving this book, the only time we ever got to eat it was at restaurants. I am so excited to have a ton of authentic recipes at my fingertips and I can’t even wait to cook my way through the book.

We made the Zucchini Fritters, Spiced Shawarma Chicken Wraps, and the super addictive Coconut Semolina Cake. That cake is reason enough to buy the cookbook. I have, no joke, had dreams about that cake.

I do not believe I have ever had middle eastern food, so this recipe book would be a great place to start and try some recipes.

I’m a big fan of falafel, but I don’t make it nearly often enough.
