I’m back with my choices for the year. I hope you guys have a safe New Year and I’ll see you soon with more food!

 

January: I make these Pineapple Upside Down Biscuits at least one a month these days. They’re so yummy and they start with canned biscuits! 

February: I’m embarrassed to admit how many of these Sweet Pork Tacos with Cilantro Ranch Dressing I ate. And yes, I remember each one. Mostly because I was trying to lose a few pounds and totally failed once I tasted that dressing. 

March: I love a chocolate cupcake especially if it has booze like these Guinness Chocolate Cupcakes!

April: This Strawberry Sour Cream Ice Cream got me absolutely obsessed with putting sour cream in fruit ice cream. 

May: Cauliflower Pizza Crust has become my Friday night tradition since making it the first time. And I don’t share with anyone because I love it so much.

June: Chili Cheese Dog Fondue is one of the weirder things I made this year but one of my faves. Dipping pigs-in-a-blanket in chili cheese dip kind of made the entire month of June for me.

July: Summer is better with Peach Margaritas, right? My favorite!

August: I discovered the awesomeness of peanut butter whipped cream with these Bacon Shortcakes with Peanut Butter Whipped Cream. So good.

September: My favorite football food this year was Loaded Totchos. We won’t talk about how many times I made them.

October: This Breakfast Stuffed Acorn Squash became my go to Paleo meal – except I’m usually too lazy to stuff them so I just mash everything together and top it with an egg and a ton of sriracha. 

November: Peppermint Oreo Balls are one of my favorite things ever. So simple but so delicious.

December: I love Sparkling Winter Sangria! I’ll probably make this every Christmas now.
