My best friend’s older sister worked at Fazoli’s® in high school and it just so happened to be on the way home from school if we went a very specific way (ahem) so we would stop in for an Italian Ice at least a couple times a week. And then we’d get a double slice of cheese pizza on special occasions.

And by that I mean whenever we could scrape together enough change from the floor of my old Camaro.

But yeah, because of that, Fazoli’s has a special place in my heart.

Well, that memory and the breadsticks.

Have you ever had the breadsticks at Fazoli’s?!

They are my absolute favorite.

And if you weren’t aware, they’re unlimited with the purchase of a meal.

Umm yeah. Let’s not talk about how many breadsticks the boys and I went through when we stopped in at Fazoli’s one day for lunch last week.

It’s the perfect place for us because, besides the breadsticks, they have pasta, pizza, salads, and sandwiches. Plus, as of last month, all items on the Fazoli’s menu is completely clean of artificial sweeteners, flavors, preservatives, and colors.

Fazoli’s worked closely with nearly 50 suppliers to guarantee that a total of 81 artificial ingredients, colors, and preservatives were eliminated from the menu. Fazoli’s is committed to serving the best tasting AND highest quality food without breaking the bank.

It was already one of my favorite places for dinner with the kids (hello affordable delicious food!) but now that they are free of all the artificial stuff, I love it even more.

This Three-Cheese Tortellini Alfredo tasted like something you’d pay twice as much for elsewhere. It was so good and had fresh tomatoes, bacon, peas, and huge shavings of Parmesan cheese on top. I’ve kind of been thinking about it ever since.

And like I mentioned, besides pasta, they also have pizza and my kids get super excited whenever pizza is on a menu.

Pizza without all the artificial stuff? That’s the kind of food I feel good about letting my kids have. The kids each had a slice and then we grabbed a whole pepperoni pizza to go for dinner and/or breakfast the next day (don’t judge me) and it was seriously delicious.

So let me know in the comments what your favorite Fazoli’s menu item is! I don’t know if I’ll ever order anything besides that delicious Three Cheese Tortellini Alfredo but I still definitely need to know when you go for.

And be sure to print this $3 off $10 coupon before you head to Fazoli’s next time.
