Hey guys, happy Friday! I made cookies!

I mentioned earlier that I was back in my s’mores obsession which means my kitchen is full of every size marshmallow, 15 different kinds of chocolate, etc, etc, etc.

So when I needed cookies at 2 am after a particularly rough day recently, I made these Mississippi Mud Cookies. Because chocolate and marshmallows. And also pecans.

Everything I love.

Hiii guys, we made it through another week. I made ice cream to celebrate.

Yeah, I know.

My life’s been weird this last month and I’m so out of this whole blogging routine right now. I have, however, made 3 kinds of ice cream in the past week so… let’s just just go with it.

Next week I’ll make a cocktail. Promise.

In the meantime, I made that grapefruit ginger bourbon sour from last year the other night and it was just as delicious as I remembered. So if you are looking for a drink idea today, use that one!

How’s your week been? I feel like I needed to tell you guys about something that happened earlier in the week buuuuuut I can’t remember what it was. I guess it wasn’t super important.

It’s been gross and rainy here in Texas and I’m so over it. I had fully switched over to my spring wardrobe and now I’m back in jackets. Not okay.
