Raspberry Beermosas are the perfect brunch cocktail for beer lovers! Fresh raspberries, orange juice, and your fave beer make the most delicious beer cocktail!
Heeeeey guys, happy Friday!
Is everyone as excited as I am that the week is over? The kids are out of school today so I probably won’t leave my house at all. I may not leave my bedroom.
I may watch The Great British Baking Show in bed all day.
I have had a week.
I would like to never think about this week again, mmkay?
So I made cocktails. A beer cocktail! How weird, right?
I’ve maintained that I hate beer for all 29 years of my life (no one fact check that number thanks) but I’m, like, really obsessed right now. Sorry to all the guys I’ve dated that I made fun of for “being really into craft beer”. I get it now, guys. I get it.

It’s hot in Texas.
Did you know it’s hot in Texas?
I guess this is news to no one.
Anyway, I’m really into showing up at at my friends’ houses with homemade boozy popsicles these days since it’s so hot and also because they’re so much more fun than showing up with cocktail supplies. And lucky for me, I’m usually just walking over to my neighbors’ house so popsicles are easily transported.
For these really easy Sangria Popsicles, I used Woodbridge by Robert Modavi Chardonnay. Woodbridge has been around for over 30 years and is one of my go-tos because I know I can trust their wines to be delicious and make any occasion more fun.
And what’s more fun than popsicles made from wine?!
Like I said, these are SO EASY. Cut up a bunch of fruit – I used strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and kiwi, but use whatever you like. And then mix together the Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Chardonnay and a little bit of lemonade. And then combine it all in popsicle molds. Freeze for 8 hours and then get ready for your friends to really love you when you show up at the block party with a tray of frozen wine.
They are so pretty – I just can’t get over all the bright colors! And seriously delicious!
You know, when you don’t want to go back to real life so you’re still eating junk for every meal and telling yourself that you’re just too busy recovering from vacay to eat healthy. Or workout. Or do laundry. Or even take your makeup off at night.
I have been in it since I went to Salt Lake City last month. I left for New Orleans, like, a week and half later so it’s seriously been a month of unhealthy eating and skipping the gym.
This week, I’ve decided to get back on track.
I prepped a ton of veggies and proteins on Sunday (it was on my snapchat: amandalivesay) and I’ve got a fridge full of Bolthouse Farms® beverages.
It occurred to me yesterday that I didn’t make a single recipe in preparation for Mother’s Day so I’m also pitching these Raspberry Margaritas as the perfect thing to make for your mom this Sunday.
I mean, moms love margaritas, right?
At least every mom I know loves margaritas.
My mom friends really, really love margaritas.
And it’s pink! Moms definitely love pink things!
It’s a fact.
Frozen margaritas are so easy because you literally just pour everything in a blender and press go.
There’s no “Do you shake or stir margaritas?” google search necessary.
There’s no fussy muddling of raspberries happening here.
Just dump everything in and blend until it reaches a good consistency.
I love drink recipes like that.
These are really refreshing and perfect for this time of year when the raspberries are looking all fat, juicy, and delicious! If you happen to end up with a not-so-sweet batch of raspberries, a tiny bit of simple syrup will help sweeten your margaritas.
