Preheat oven to 450F. Place pizza stone in oven to preheat, if using.

To make the alfredo, melt butter over medium-low heat. Whisk in cream and let cook for about 5 minutes, continuing to whisk. Remove from heat; whisk in garlic and Parmesan until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Stretch dough on a cornmeal dusted surface to desired size. Spread alfredo sauce on top, leaving about an inch around the edges. Sprinkle with bacon and spinach and top with mozzarella.

Bake 12 - 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and starting to brown. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
