Use a fork to combine the softened cream cheese and pesto. Spread over the prepared dough, leaving about an inch around for the crust. Spread the red sauce on top. Layer the sausage, mushrooms, and olives on top. Sprinkle with the cheese and Italian seasoning. Brush the crust with a tiny bit of olive oil and transfer the pizza to the oven. Bake 12 - 14 minutes or until crust is golden brown and the cheese is just beginning to brown in spots. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes before slicing and serving.
