Birthday Cake Pudding Pops

Servings 12 pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sprinkles divided
  • 1 3.4 ounce package vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups sugar cookies roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Place 12 small disposable cups on a baking sheet (or something easily transferable to the freezer). Put 1 teaspoon of sprinkle into each cup. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and milk until combined. Let stand until soft set, about 3 minutes. Use a rubber spatula to fold in whipped topping, chopped cookies, and the remaining sprinkles. Divide the mixture into the cups. Cover the cups with aluminum foil and stick a popsicle stick in the center of each cup. Freezer overnight.
  3. To remove from the cups, cut a small slit at the top and gently unwrap.
