Slow Cooker Sweet and Spicy Peanuts

Ingredients

  • 3 cups salted dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Place peanuts in a 1 ½-quart slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over the peanuts and toss to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 1 ½ hours. Spread onto wax paper to cool.
