Raspberry Beermosas

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces fresh or frozen raspberries plus more for garnish if desired
  • 2 - 4 tablespoons water
  • ½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 12 ounces fruity IPA

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the raspberries and 2 tablespoons of the water. Add more water if necessary to get a liquid consistency. Pour through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds. Discard seeds. The puree can be stored in the fridge for mimosas all week.
  2. To make the beermosas, gently stir together ¼ cup of the raspberry puree, the orange juice, and the IPA. Divide into 4 glasses. Garnish with raspberries and serve immediately.
