Ingredients

cantaloupe
coarsely chopped
¼
cup
fresh lime juice
½
cup
coconut milk
from a can, not a carton
4
ounces
tequila
2
ounces
orange liqueur
ice
fresh mint
for garnish
Instructions
In a blender, combine cantaloupe, lime juice, coconut milk, tequila, and triple sec. Blend until smooth. Add enough ice to reach desired consistency and blend. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
