Greek Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

For the tzatziki sauce:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber peeled and finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

For the burgers:

  • 1 pound Jennie-O Seasoned Turkey Burger Patties
  • 2 pitas split in half
  • lettuce sliced tomato, feta, red onion (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. To make the tzatziki sauce, stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
  2. Grill the Jennie-O Seasoned Turkey Burger Patties for 9 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature is 165F. Set the patties aside to rest for a few minutes before serving.
  3. Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion inside the split pitas. Top with a turkey burger and sprinkle with feta. Drizzle with the tzatziki sauce.
