Fresh Corn and Bacon Sauté

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Smithfield Hometown Original Bacon sliced
  • 4 ears fresh sweet corn kernels removed
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook until almost crisp. Add sweet corn kernels, green onions, salt, and pepper. Cook for just 1 minute, until corn is tender but still crisp.
