Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 14" round, rimmed pizza pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions. Pour into the prepared pan.

Bake for about 18 minutes (or subtract a couple minutes from whatever you box says), until cooked through. Cool completely before proceeding.

To make the peanut butter whipped cream, beat heavy whipping cream to soft peaks. Add in powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla; beat until combined and it reaches desired consistency. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled brownies, leaving a little bit of "crust" so that it resembles pizza. Sprinkle the chopped Butterfinger Cups and sprinkles on top.
