Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Blondies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • ½ cup chunky peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet mixture, stirring until it is just combined. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle chocolate chunks over top.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
