Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 jalapeno pepper stemmed and quartered
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons diced onion

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until mixture is desired consistency.
  2. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
