Oh man y’all, when I left San Francisco on Friday, I was in a sleeveless shirt. And then I stepped off the plane into 3 degree weather. It was painful.

And yeah, that move to Texas isn’t looking so bad right now.

I was in a soup mood all weekend because of the weather so I thought I’d put together a list of my favorite soup recipes across the interwebs. I divided them into chicken, beef/lamb/pork, seafood, and meatless because long lists without categories makes my brain go all fuzzy.

If there’s a list of a type of dish that I would bookmark and save to make over and over, it’s SOUP. Great list, can’t wait to check them all out!

YES to all of these!! Soup season is on full swing! Yesterday the snow would not stop and I slipped and fell with my 5 year old in my arms. Good thing the snow is soft. :-D

I can never get enough soup. It’s just one of the those few dishes I don’t get tired of because they be light or hearty. These look wonderful…however, the snow I could do without. Stay warm. xo, Catherine

San Francisco! It’s always hard leaving that town, no matter the weather. Hope you had fun! I’m the kind of girl who loves soup even in midsummer, so this round up is perfect for me. Thanks for getting my split pea in on the action! :)

I would have loved to meet up with you while you were in SF! I live in that sleeveless weather all the time, so it’s hard for me to relate to all the snowy winter photos and stories you share. I hope you will enjoy the change to Texas weather. Thanks for all the tasty soup recipes!
