I love an appetizer that requires no cooking. Something I can make an hour or 2 ahead and keep in the refrigerator while I prep whatever else needs to get done. Or, you know, spend an hour trying on every dress in my closet before deciding on the first one I tried.

These Antipasto Skewers are perfect for entertaining because like I mentioned, no cooking. You can make them up to 2 hours ahead of time and they are such a hit. So many flavors and textures on one toothpick.

The creamy mozzarella cheese with the salty olives and the spice of the salami – so good together! Plus fresh tomatoes and sweet basil. And cheese tortellini that’s been marinated in Italian dressing. You have to make these for your next party!

We have to talk about the salami I used for these Antipasto Skewers!

It’s the Margherita® Genoa Salami and they are just the perfect size for these skewers. They’re cracker cuts so they would be perfect for entertaining, snacking, tossing in a recipe, pretty much everything.

Margherita is known for great tasting, high quality dry sausage products and the unique flavor profile really sets them apart from other Italian brands.

I used the Genoa salami for these skewers but they also have Pepperoni, Hard Salami, and Italian Dry Salami. And you can find them in the deli section of many grocery stores (I found mine at Walmart).
