Hi guys, today I am updating an old post (from 2011! How have I been on the internet that long?!) for Cranberry Meatballs that had terrible pictures because I thought about this recipe the other day and remembered how much I love it.

You know that grape jelly meatballs that you see at every party and potluck? The ones that you can’t explain why you love them but you can’t stop eating them? These cranberry meatballs are pretty much those meatballs but made with jellied cranberry sauce instead of the grape jelly. They aren’t quite as sweet as the grape jelly ones so if you find those a little too sweet, these will be perfect for you.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Meatballs are the perfect holiday appetier and so easy. Only 3 ingredients and cooked in the slow cooker!

If you are looking for other holiday appetizer recipes, I recommend my Cranberry Brie Bites and Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms.

Apple Cranberry Crisp

Apple Cranberry Crisp – the easiest Thanksgiving dessert! Sliced apples and whole berry cranberry sauce topped with a crunchy oat topping.

Apple Cranberry Crisp - the easiest Thanksgiving dessert! Sliced apples and whole berry cranberry sauce topped with a crunchy oat topping.

Hi guys!

We wrapped up our last weekend of fall sports this past weekend so hopefully that means I’ll get some new recipes up now. Also? Those last 2 games were so stupid cold that I had 3 layers on and eventually wrapped myself in a blanket that I found in the back of the Jeep.

I mean, what’s the point of living in Texas if it’s going to be 27 degrees in November?

I’m not big on Thanksgiving recipes and would really like to skip right over to Christmas cookies but I do want to share this dessert that I’ve already made twice. We’re obsessed.

I make the same recipes for Thanksgiving dinner every single year but for some reason I like to try different dessert recipes, besides my Apple Cranberry Streusel Pie that I made every single year.

I made this Apple Cranberry Crisp last week and didn’t photograph it because I didn’t expect us to love it but it barely lasted a day in my house so I had to make it again!

Sparkling Cranberry Sweet Tea

Nov 16, 2017

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Milo’s Tea Company, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #PassTheMilos http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV

Sparkling Cranberry Sweet Tea is the perfect holiday drink for the entire family! And it’s made with Milo’s Tea so you know it’s delicious!

You. Guys.

Thanksgiving is a week from today. I saw on Instagram that Christmas is less than 40 days away. Is that true?! Are we ready? I’m not. I mean, my house is decorated for Christmas because I am me but I haven’t even thought about Thanksgiving.

I’ve been annoying my children with “What should I make?! Are you sure we need green bean casserole? What if we skipped the mashed potatoes and just did sweet potatoes?” questions nonstop though and the only definitive answers they’ve given me is that they want 3 different kinds of pie and this Sparkling Cranberry Sweet Tea that I made last week.

Cranberry Brie Bites - a quick and easy holiday appetizer! Melted brie and cranberry sauce in crisp phyllo cups with candied walnuts on top!

I can’t even believe we are weeks away Thanksgiving. You guys, how did this happen?!

I feel like I’m behind on planning everything – have you figured out your menu yet?

I forever have that problem where I have so many recipes I want to try but I also want to make all the holiday classics and there’s just not enough room on my table for everything and it’s just me and my 3 boys so it’s not like we need a ton of food.

I do have desserts figured out which, you know, is the most important part.

And I will definitely be making these Cranberry Brie Bites! They are the perfect little appetizer or they would be so cute on a cheese board! Plus, they are really simple and always a favorite at my holiday parties.

Cranberry Pecan Muffins

Cranberry Pecan Muffins

Heeeey guys! I made us muffins for breakfast!

Are you a cranberry person? I feel like I became a cranberry person this year. Almost every post I’ve put up in the last month has had cranberries in it. And I’ve never cared about cranberries before. I still have a few bags in the freezer though so expect a couple more posts.

And then when I run out of those, we’ll move onto dried cranberries and cranberry juice!

No?

Cranberry Macadamia Nut Fudge - white chocolate fudge with dried cranberries and macadamia nuts. Perfect for cookie tins and holiday parties!

Happy Monday, y’all!

The holiday weekend flew by, right? I’m not ready for today! I need a few more days of doing nothing!

But the good news is that we can officially move onto holiday treats now! Yaaaaay!

So tell me, do you stick with the same holiday treats every year or do you switch it up and try new things?

I usually do a mixture of both. I always make my crockpot candy, my almond bark drop cookies, the cranberry orange cookies, and my mom’s snack mix. And then I always try a couple new recipes.

Frozen Cranberry Margarita

Nov 01, 2012

For this week’s Thirsty Thursday theme, we went with… CRANBERRY! Just this week I spotted fresh cranberries at my grocery store so it’s perfect timing.

This Frozen Cranberry Margarita is a great recipe for Thanksgiving or even the day after Thanksgiving because it uses canned cranberry sauce! Weird, right? So if you’re left with an extra can of the stuff, you can definitely do something besides cover a turkey sandwich with it.

Between all the tequila and the tart cranberry sauce, this drink has quite a kick. In a good way! Those frozen margarita mixes can be way sweet so those two together keep the drink from hurting your teeth.

Make sure you check out what Nicole made!
