Hey guys, happy weekend!

We officially survived the first week of summer. I love summer but it’s not always easy trying to get work done with the kids hanging around and asking a million questions. Also, they seem bored already…?

I don’t know.

We went to the pool one day and were very disappointed to find that the lifeguards are not cute soldiers this year.

This week’s menu plan looks fab – we’ve got some light, healthy options, a slow cooker roast, and sloppy joes! Plus, sweet rolls for breakfast and a cold drink to enjoy poolside.
