Trying something new on the blog today!
You guys know I am the I worst at planning out a weekly menu. So bad that at least three times a week, my kids have cereal, Spaghetti-Os, or something equally easy.
So I got together with some of my blogging buddies to put together this menu to help out anyone like me. Or just to give you ideas if you are already a planning genius. We’ve got 5 nights of meals (including meatless Monday!), a breakfast for the weekend, AND a dessert for whatever day you need one.
Tuesday: Crockpot Pesto Ranch Chicken Thighs
Wednesday: Butternut Squash Pasta Skillet
Thursday: Easy Sloppy Joes
Friday: Pretzel Crust Pizza
Saturday Breakfast: Mushroom and Goat’s Cheese Omelet with Spinach and Avocado
Dessert: Banana Pudding Poke Cake
