Corned Beef Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated thin crust pizza dough in a tube
  • 3 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing plus more for serving
  • 4 ounces corned beef thinly sliced and then diced
  • ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll pizza dough. Spread dressing evenly over crust. Sprinkle with corned beef and cheese Working with the long side, roll up tighly and press to seal.
  3. Slice into 1-inch slices and transfer to prepared baking sheet. Bake 12 - 14 minutes or until browned. Serve with extra Thousand Island if desired.
