1poundbonelessskinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
215 ounce cans cannellini beans, or other white beans, drained and rinsed
17 ounce can green chilies
114.5 ounce can chicken broth
1teaspooncumin
1teaspoondried oregano
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
cheesesour cream, cilantro (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Add everything to slow cooker and give it a stir. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Serve nice and steamy, topped with cheese, sour cream, or cilantro if you like.
