Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, combine turkey, pesto, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands to make sure everything is incorporated evenly.

Using about 1 tablespoon of the mixture per meatball, roll into balls and place on a plate. Press a slice of olive on top of each meatball.

Pour the marinara sauce into a 9 x 9 inch baking pan and top with the meatballs.
