Muffuletta Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Italian olive salad drained well
  • 1 cup kalamata olives roughly chopped
  • 1 cup green olives roughly chopped
  • ½ cup roasted red bell pepper roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup pepperoncini roughly chopped
  • 1 celery rib finely diced
  • ½ cup salami diced
  • ½ cup ham diced
  • 4 ounces provolone diced
  • ½ cup fresh parsley roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • toasted sliced French bread for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Serve on toasted sliced French bread.
