Reuben Brats

Ingredients

  • 1 12-ounce package Johnsonville Beef Brats
  • 6 brat buns
  • ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 ½ cups sauerkraut drained

Instructions

  1. Cook brats over medium-high heat until browned and heated through, about 5 minutes.
  2. Spread each buns with Thousand Island dressing. Place a hot brat on each bun and immediately top with a slice of Swiss cheese. Put ¼ cup of drained sauerkraut on top.
