The Greenest Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana cut into small pieces (frozen, if possible)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cashew milk or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sunbutter or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • ½ teaspoon finely grated peeled ginger

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until desired consistency is reached. Add ice if you want a more icy smoothie.
