Loaded Totchos

Ingredients

  • 1 28 ounce bag tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 roma tomato seeded and diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeños
  • ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook tater tots according to package instructions. In the last few minutes of baking, add the cheese.
  2. Once you remove the cheesy tots, top with bacon, diced tomato, diced avocado, sliced green onions, and pickled jalapeños.
  3. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
