Spicy Pecan Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack shredded
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 jar hot pepper jelly

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients but the hot pepper jelly and form into a ball. Spread jelly over the ball. (You may need to warm the jelly I had to thin mine out with about a tablespoon of water to get it to spread.) Serve with crackers and whatever jelly you have leftover.
