Tropical Marshmallow Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 15 ounce can mandarin oranges drained
  • 2 8 ounce cans pineapple tidbits drained
  • 1 ½ cups kiwi diced
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss together mandarin oranges, pineapple, kiwi, coconut, and marshmallow.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream and whipped topping until smooth. Pour over the fruit mixture and toss to coat everything. 

  3. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
