Strawberry Jalapeno Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh salmon cut into 4 fillets
  • ½ cup Smucker’s Fruit & Honey Strawberry Jalapeno Fruit Spread
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with oil.
  2. Place salmon on baking sheet, skin side down.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Smucker’s Fruit & Honey Strawberry Jalapeno Fruit Spread, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture over the salmon.
  5. Bake 15 - 18 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
