Thank you VOVETI for sponsoring this post. Elevate your entertaining this season with VOVETI Prosecco
Grapefruit Rosemary Sparkler – the perfect holiday or New Years Eve cocktail! Fresh grapefruit juice, easy homemade rosemary simple syrup, and prosecco.
Okay, I know I swore that I’d never be obsessed with cheeseboards but it’s happened. I’m obsessed.
I used to never keep crackers and cheese and weird jams and all that on hand but now? What if we need a cheeseboard and some yummy drinks on a Sunday night to go with our 5th viewing of Home Alone 2?
I’ve made at least 3 already this month. They’re just the perfect easy dinner or so fun to throw together if you decide to have a last minute get together.
Along with my cheeseboard supplies, I’ve also always been keeping a bottle of VOVETI Prosecco on hand at all times
It’s one of those things that seems super fancy, whether you’re drinking it alone or in a cocktail. VOVETI is a brut style DOC with tempered acidity and a fresh, graceful profile and the bubbles are tiny and soft (if you can call bubbles soft) and perfectly effervescent. Plus, the bubbles last forever so you have plenty of time to take the perfect Boomerang and enjoy the drink!
This Grapefruit Rosemary Sparkler is the perfect drink for everyday entertaining! Because the rosemary simple syrup (super easy – only 3 ingredients!) can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge, you really just have to add fresh grapefruit juice and the VOVETI for the perfect refreshing drink.
Plus, the fresh rosemary makes it super cute if you’re entertaining this time of year and want some festive without being super holiday-ish.
Oh, and by the way, they have these cute little mini bottles (below) that are perfect if you’re just making a couple drinks and don’t want to open the big bottle.
