Sarasota Lemonade is the perfect summer cocktail! Pink lemonade with white wine, 7Up, and strawberries!

My kid’s last day of school is tomorrow.
How crazy is that?
It’s really hard to believe that summer is so close considering we just had snow 3 weeks ago!
Well since Memorial Day is only days away and since that pretty much signifies the beginning of grilling/picnic/pool season, Nicole and I decided to do a drink along those lines.
I made this Sarasota Lemonade because what says summer more than lemonade?
I’m not really sure the origins of the name of this recipe but it’s definitely delicious. It’s white wine mixed with pink lemonade and Sprite.
It’s sweet and bubbly and everything I look for in a drink. I love using frozen fruit in drinks like this because it keeps them nice and cold but doesn’t water them down.
Nicole made Red, White, and Blue Sangria – perfect for your Memorial Day barbecue!

Ingredients
- White wine – use your favorite white wine and it doesn’t need to be expensive. I like to use a pinot grigio.
- Pink lemonade concentrate – the frozen stuff in the can. Strawberry lemonade concentrate would also be delicious.
- Sprite – or any other lemon lime soda. You can use diet soda or even unsweetened lime sparkling water.
- Frozen strawberries
How To Make Sarasota Lemonade
- Combine. Stir together the white wine, pink lemonade concentrate, and soda.
- Serve. Fill each glass with frozen strawberries and ice. Pour drink over top.

Wow! Your kids get out early. We’ve had a much cooler than normal spring and it totally hasn’t sunk in that summer is right around the corner.
Sarasota Lemonade looks like a delicious pool drink to me!
