Sarasota Lemonade - the perfect summer cocktail! Pink lemonade with white wine, 7Up, and strawberries!

My kid’s last day of school is tomorrow.

How crazy is that?

It’s really hard to believe that summer is so close considering we just had snow 3 weeks ago!

Well since Memorial Day is only days away and since that pretty much signifies the beginning of grilling/picnic/pool season, Nicole and I decided to do a drink along those lines.

Sarasota Lemonade!

I made this Sarasota Lemonade because what says summer more than lemonade?

I’m not really sure the origins of the name of this recipe but it’s definitely delicious. It’s sweet Moscato wine mixed with pink lemonade and 7Up.

It’s sweet and bubbly and everything I look for in a drink. I love using frozen fruit in drinks like this because it keeps them nice and cold but doesn’t water them down.

Nicole made Red, White, and Blue Sangria – perfect for your Memorial Day barbecue!

It’s crazy to me how varied the end and beginning of school is around the country. We still have a full month of school here!

Oh wow, your kids get out early! I think kids here still have a few weeks left. This drink is so pretty and though I don’t drink much these days, this is right up my alley :)

Wow! Your kids get out early. We’ve had a much cooler than normal spring and it totally hasn’t sunk in that summer is right around the corner.
Sarasota Lemonade looks like a delicious pool drink to me!

This sounds like the perfect drink for the summer. My girl has a few more days left of school. She doesn’t get out until middle of June.
