Cranberry Margaritas – the perfect holiday cocktail! These festive cocktails are made from only a few ingredients and are so easy. Great for Thanksgiving or Christmas!
The big day is this week!
Is your table set? Are you ready?!
I am definitely not and I’ll probably be up most nights this week. But that’s part of the fun, right? I enjoy the hectic Thanksgiving rush!
I also enjoy a good cocktail on Thanksgiving and I’ll be making these Cranberry Margaritas at some point tomorrow.
One of my favorite cocktail tricks is Agave In The Raw®. You know when you see a drink recipe and it calls for simple syrup and you’re like, “Ugggghhhh, I have to make simple syrup?! THE WORST!”
You can totally skip that when you use Agave In The Raw because it’s already syrupy and delicious. It’s also 25% sweeter than sugar so a little bit goes a long way. In this recipe, which makes 4 drinks, I only used 2 tablespoons of Agave In The Raw. Had I made a simple syrup with sugar, I would’ve used a whole lot more than 2 tablespoons.
It’s also gluten free and has a low glycemic index, as well.
Plus, and most importantly, it’s delicious! I love using it in baked goods, too!

How To Make Cranberry Margaritas
These Cranberry Margaritas are seriously delicious and are sure to put you in a holiday mood. They’re also really easy to make!
You just have to blend fresh cranberries, cranberry juice, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, orange juice, and the Agave in the Raw. If you don’t want to use agave, a simple syrup works as well!
Once it’s all blended together, strain it through a fine mesh strainer to remove any solid bits and then serve over ice. I like to garnish with fresh cranberries and a lime wedge.
And my favorite ice (especially for photos!) comes from these trays.
How To Make Simple Syrup
Simple syrup is just equal parts water and granulated sugar. So, put a cup of water and a cup of sugar over low heat in a small saucepan. Stir it until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is slightly syrupy.
Store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
